SSEOL LLC runs DuoLauncher. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Plain language, no games.

What we collect

• Support emails you send us, kept to answer you
• Purchase and subscription records, held by Google Play, not by us
• Backup files you choose to upload to the web Backup Studio, kept until you delete the job
• Nothing from the app itself: no account, no server, no analytics; backups are files you save yourself

Why

To run your account, deliver what you asked for, take payment where applicable, and understand aggregate product usage. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Job inputs and outputs are retained for about 365 days unless you delete them sooner. Account records persist until you ask us to close the account.

Who processes it with us

• Google Play (billing, subscription management and refunds for the launcher)
• Stripe (payments for this site's Backup Studio plans, when enabled)
• GitHub Pages (hosting for the privacy policy and companion download page)
• Google Workspace (support email)

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by writing to hello@getduolauncher.com. Deleting your account removes your stored artifacts.
